I believe that AUX 1 is going to the pool side cleaner that is no longer being used. Can I remove the wires that go to that pump, and use that relay?

You don't have to do this if you don't want to... just let the pool company do it..
But.. it is not difficult to do.. It is just difficult to write it down...
In a nut shell, all we are doing is moving two wires from Aux 1 relay and putting them on the Pump/Filter relay.
Then we need to supply the Pump/Filter relay with 240 volts to run the SWCG Power Center..
I did not say in my last post, but the little 4- wire cable with the very small wires is just a com cable that allows the cell to be controlled by the Automation. It is a good thing and not part of the problem.
Before you move anything, just follow the steps in your mind and see if they don't make sense.. If you run into an issue let me know.
You can also send me a pic when you are done and I'll QC it before you power it back up.

You can do that if you want..
Just move the two black wires from the Power Center from pins 1 and 3 over to pins 2 and 4.
You can just leave the other wires that go to the old booster pump where they are now or remove them.. Won't make any difference.
You will have to move the coil connector from the Aux 1 port over to the Pump/Filter port.

I think you meant you put them on pins 2 and 4 of the pump filter relay..
It looks ok to me,
The pump filter relay will only close if the the system is in Auto and in the Pool mode or the Spa mode.
As far as the IntelliCenter is concerned, you should not have to change anything.. In theory, you should have a schedule to turn on the Pool Circuit for X hours a day.. Do you know what your schedules are now??
If the cell powers on when you start the system up, then as a test, after it comes up, go into the Service mode and the cell should shut off.

Yes, my normal schedule is 7:00am-5:30pm, I will close up everything and turn the system on, and put in service mode.
