So I have always wondered why I do not have this port on mine such as others that are pictured on here. My unit is only a few years old so ho can it be that I dont have this option? I would like to connect mine to my iaqualink but without the port not sure what can be done. Does the board inside still have the connection point on it?

Mine came from an approved Jandy pool supply store....which since has been purchased by Leslies
The first models did not have RS-485.
You can look on the board to see if it has the connection.
What year is it?
If you remove the front, be super careful not to pull the ribbon cable that connects the front and back.

Ok mine is the version that does not have the blue connection point. It was purchased in Nov. 2021 from an approved Jandy shop I recall they had to order it in cause they did not have in stock. Guess they got an old model that had been sitting around. This sucks as for I setup everything to work through the app.
So guess I am just kinda stuck cause dont want to buy a whole new unit.
Ok I did find a board on ebay and ordered it. So I will do the board swap and see how that goes.
