Jandy Truclear - fails after cleaning?

Got a new Jandy Truclear SWG installed about 3 months ago - We live in a high calcium water area (Arizona) - after about 2 months I noticed chlorine generation was getting low and turned off power and saw that the cell had buildup and cleaned the cell per intructions with a muriatic acid solution. It seemed clean and post install tested water and though system shows no error, per water test, no chlorine is generated.

Ideas? will a cell fail after 2 1/2 months? Troubleshooting steps?
Thanks.

What does the display show?

What is the water salinity and how are you measuring it?

What % output is set?

How do you know no chlorine is being generated?

What is your water chemistry and what test kit do you use?

Which of your two pools is this on?

Do a Overnight Chlorine Loss Test to confirm you have no algae consuming the generated chlorine.

Hi - Thanks for your questions! Sorry for slow response.
Well - I looked at the recommended PH and other settings for the pool and realized I was running the PH/alkalinity level too high It was around 7.8 - I adjusted PH to around 7.2-7.3 and voila! the chlorine generation started to work well again.
Lesson learned! Unfortunately this was not stressed by the installer.
