Please help. The display is blank on our new Jandy TruClear chlorine generator. We have only had it running since the beginning of June. It was working fine, but now the display is blank. It is on, since the green backlight is on.

You sure there is power to the unit and the GFCI is not tripped?
Is it connected to automation?
Make a warranty claim to the Jandy dealer who installed it.

It’s on the same circuit as the pump and the pump is still going. The backlight turns on as well, just no words on the display anymore.

Was it professionally installed? I assume you tried power cycle to everything? There might be a display brightness button somewhere but possibly not.
