Jandy Truclear 1year old auto turning to 0%

Just got my pool a year ago. Never owned a pool was told would never have to add salt. This year a nightmare nothing is working already had to repair Polaris cleaner and now the SWG is not working.
Help do I already need to replace cell 1 year in?

Based on what you wrote, get the K-1766 salt test kit and see how much salt is in your water. Of course you need to add salt and maintain your SWG's correct salt range.

+1 above but it may not be just a salt issue as chemistry can eat all that's produced immediately. Heed the advice above and run with it.
