Jandy O Ring kit selection

I have this Jandy valve. I think one of them is leaking and the pool guy is going to check it out as part of an already scheduled trip to replace the DE screens.
I wanted to order O ring kit to have at the house if I need to replace them (i think I might be proactive and replace them anyway).

What kind of valve is this and anyone care to link to a part # for the kit?
Thx

So, looks like the pool guy did not replace the o ring. I was not here and since I came home after work and it was not leaking, I just ASSUMED he fixed it. I think the leak is temperature sensitive. Well, its cooled down this evening and its leaking again. I did the water hose on the suspected leak trick and then it stopped. So, I think the leak is appearing as the plastic is cooling down and the material is shrinking.
I know its the jandy or at least one of the joints. I'll stop by a pool store on the way home tomorrow to get a gasket and have at it. looks easy.

So, I had isolated the air leak issue to one jandy valve. I replaced the O rings and thought it was ok but Nope.
It still has an air leak. I noticed the jandy valve did not have the knob screw on the handle (I'm missing them on both Input side valves).
I had tried using a very little stream of water and found that filling up the screw hole stopped the air leak.
I then took a knob from an output side valve and put it in. I helped but not totally. So I put some teflon tape and the leak stopped.
I'm a bit perplexed. Maybe the diverter is cracked or something. Or maybe just making the knob tighter is shoving the diverter into the top 2 smaller O rings to make a better seal.
I'm going to come back periodically and look for air bubbles and maybe take it apart and see if there is crud getting in there.
Heck the repair kids are only $31 on amazon, the darn Knobs are in the kit and the knobs are $10 a piece.
