Ign step failure I installed new flue sensor and igniter still same thing it lights for 10 sec turns off ..dry inside .. any suggestions please

You get the new style igniter or old style? The old one was like a spiral design. The new style is more of a solid looking piece.

Welcome to TFP! There are quite a few of us that have struggled with this issue and also some helpful experts. I think I had the hardest to diagnose and weirdest scenario. But many are pretty easy to diagnose. Some of the parts are very expensive and it is way better to diagnose than just replace parts. Have you checked all the connections to sensors? Can you tell us a little more about the heater and your situation? How old is it? Anything else about what happened recently before or just before this? Any other work done on the heater?
