Jandy J-Box PCB LEDs are not ON.

PDA comes on and just gets stuck on "Waiting". I tried a system reboot, changed RF channels and PCB reset. Then realized that the red and green LEDs were not lit. Does anyone know what pins and what voltage I would be looking for at the J-Box PCB? The input cable for the control center connects at G Y B R. Is this AC or DC? I am just trying to rule out anything in the control box.
 
I think on one of the labels of the J-Box it says its power is 10V DC.

I have not tested it so you do this at your own risk but typically G and Y are data and B and R are power.

@JamesW @PoolGate can you confirm?
