I have the same issue with the high limit fault on the Jandy JXI gas fired. The heater will turn on and fire fun for about 30 seconds then shut down, gives the code (high limit fault) sets for about 30 seconds and then fires again and continues to repeat the process. Pressure seems fine at the filter, or should I say has not changed from when it was working fine. HELP?????

Several things to check here. Make sure the thermal regulator is not corroded, and then check both high limits to see if one is open. Need a multi meter to do that.
