Jandy flopro 1.0 variable speed pool pump with iQPUMP01 - No lights. Pump Not Running

We had a new Jandy variable speed pool pump installed 3 weeks ago. It has the IQPump01 wifi connected controller that mounts on the side of the house close to the pump. It was working fine for 3 weeks. Today, we look and the water is dead calm. Went to check the pump and the pump is off and there are no lights at all on the IQPump wifi box. The only manual control for this pump is the "Quick Clean" button on the little black box, and again, no lights for that and nothing happens when any of the buttons are pushed. The pool light is working from the same electrical box, so the box is getting power. No breakers are tripped at the box or in the house from which the pool is wired. I'm calling the installer on Monday. Surely this $1500 pump has a warranty, right??
Anyone have experience with this with a brand new pump?

If no power. You need to get a volt meter and start the breaker and work towards the equipment and see where the power is disrupted. If you are not comfortable working around electricity, call an electrician.

Pool guy came out. He was about to change the wifi box when he noticed the DIP switches were not correct in the pump. He set them correctly and everything is working fine. We have not touched the DIP switch, haven't opened the pump at all. What would cause the DIP switches to change on their own? If this isn't possible, how did the pump work for 5 weeks? We are utterly confused.
