I have this jandy system with a salt cell. I have decided to stop using the salt cell and use chlorine. I took out the old cell and put in a pipe. Now I get this error when I turned on the heater. Seems to be looking for salt %. How do I get the salt cell out of the program?

Disconnect the 4 wire RS-485 wire from the Aquapure to the Aqualink. THen the Aqualink will not see that you have the control board without the cell.

You should also disconnect the power wiring to the Aquapure.

Where are you getting those error codes?

I think your heater not coming on is a different problem then your SWG.

Show me pictures of the error codes.

What model heater do you have?

Show us pics of your equipment pad.

@PoolGate can have a look.

Here are pic of the error codes and the heater

If you disconnected the power to the Aquapure as discussed in Post#2 the Aquapure display would be off.

Show me what you disconnected.

Your heater ignition fault has nothing to do with the Aquapure code.

Check the igniter. They need to be replaced every few years.

One pic shows the power cord I disconnected the other shows the salt cell I disconnected. I can manually turn off the heater on the heater itself and then back on and it will run for about 3 minutes before I get the error on the heater

Now disconnect the grey cable next to the SWG cable you disconnected.

I do appreciate your help.
I disconnected the power, salt cell and the 4 wire you just asked me to unhook.
When I turn everything back on, heater come back on for about 3 minutes then the error shows up.
Not sure what else to do?
