Old Jandy system - originally installed in 2000. Was upgraded to iAqualink (first version) and board was swapped at the time. Two touch keypads, both not displaying (se photo attached). I hear the system controlling my pump, but I cannot access the programming without the keypads (and iAqualink says my system is offline). Any troubleshooting ideas?
Breaker was off for winter - just turned on today and displays came up broken. I tried resetting the Jandy at the main board but Keypads still blank. I also tried removing one keypad but it did not help either. I guess next steps will be to disconnect all equipment then add devices back one by one.
Need to run pump 24/7 while I SLAM pool (it gets green in March - no winter cover) so not urgent problem, but it would be nice if I could diagnose the issue as something other than "needs new board". I had to replace the keypad once about 15 years ago - pool repair people said at time likely result of power surge.
