Jandy Aqualink 0% Chlorine Production

Hello,

I have a Jandy Aqualink system that is showing 00% Chlorine Production.
I have done the following but to no avail:

1) Confirmed that there is enough salt in the pool to activate the Salt Generator. It has 3400ppm.

2) I replaced the Aquapure PLC1400 salt generator, the power cord and the TriSensor.

I dont know what else to do or check. Thanks in advance for the help.
