Jandy Apure 1400 code 123

Hello,

I have a jandy apure 1400 that is showing code 123 after attempts to correct it. So far I have:
1. Replaced the cord
2. Replaced the backboard

The salt cell is clean and free of scale. I don't know what to do next. Please help

Are you sure the cell is good and all the cell pins have good connections to their plates?

So to check I remove the sensor and look at the plates, which appear to have that nice gray color. How else can I check?
