Issues with Jandy aquapure - need help

Started up new pool and SWG isn’t working and getting following codes

I read code description and don’t know what I should do.

Pleas help
 
Those codes all point to the input voltage being too low.

Use your multimeter and check the voltage into your system.

Post pics of your system so we can see your situation.
 
How old is your system?

You have a multimeter and know how to use it?
 
How brand new?

Make a warranty claim with your builder and let him figure it out.

The electronics for the salt water chlorinator are factory wired for 240 VAC service.

If the available electrical service is 120 VAC then the power supply wiring must be changed to operate on 120 VAC as shown in Figure 2b.

Since it is new, the most likely issue is that the system is wired for 240 volts but you have 120 volts supplied.

You need to check to see if it is wired for 120 or 240 volts and if the supply is 120 or 240 volts.

I would think that you should have 240 available since this is a new system.

The transformer power should be wired to the Filter Relay Load Terminals as shown in the diagrams.

Note: Do Not change anything unless you are 100% sure.

If you get it wrong, you can destroy your equipment.
