Issues with blowing out main

Hello,

I live in South Jersey and was able to get the pool closed by myself with the help of all of you, especially @Texas Splash. My remaining problem is blowing out my main line. The only access is a hole in the skimmer. I have already blown out the section line and closed off with a gizzmo. I dropped a gallon of antifreeze down there as well. I tried multiple times blowing the main out with a cyclone but the second I remove the hose its full of water. For now I closed it off with a plug and vacuumed out the water in the skimmer.

Are there any other options? Should I throw a foam rope down there? I don't have a multiport valve or any way to isolate the main if that helps.

+1. You may need to zip tie the noodle/rope to a dowel as it pushes back after a couple of inches.

@rdelisa used a reducer to a 1 inch pipe and ball valve to be able to air lock it. More members means more hacks and the hive grows stronger every year.
