In most systems you would either be in the pool mode or the spa mode but not both at the same time.
But... You need to tell us a lot more.. Are you moving your valves manually, or do you have an automation system.
Tell us more about the equipment you have, or show us a couple of pics of your equipment pad..
The more you tell us the better our answers can be.
