Is this Dolphin M500 cord ok to use?

I know this is a problem with these cords, but this is separating. There is a blue cord inside that looks like a normal extension cord. Do you think this is still safe to use or do I need to buy a new one?

Sucks they are $200.

Robots operate off of low voltage DC, so there is nothing 'unsafe' due to the cable..

But... Water might then be able to make its way down the inside of the cable into the motor box connector.. Again, nothing unsafe, it just might corrode the pins at the end of the connector.
