We are about 18 weeks into our build which has been a very slow process. Gunite was shot in July and since then we have accumulated a lot of stagnant water in the pool and spa that hasn’t been drained, there are live tadpoles swimming in the pool and the water in the spa has a film and is almost up to the bench and almost covering the spa light which is a new LED small one that looks like a jet-is water periodically supposed to be siphoned out or is the accumulation of stagnant water during build normal? Also the electrical piping has been down for a weeks now open and the casting from the pool is thrown all over it-electrical inspection failed bc well line needs to be put into conduit which is now on is fine and has stopped work until it’s fixed but casting has been laying all over the place for weeks and weeks, is this normal? Also project manager has only been out like 2 times this whole time shouldn’t he have caught well line problem before inspector since trenching has been open for so long? I’ve included pictures, I’m starting to get the ick it’s very disappointing to see the spa like that even though I know it gets plastered and cleaned and the casting and wood and everything thrown around at this point feels disrespectful but I don’t know what the norm is.
