Is this algae?

Starting to see these floating around on top of our pool. Chemicals have been spot on since we put water in the pool.

They look like they could be eggs too.

Curious on this as well - I saw a couple of spots like this last year on an interior corner that was just above waterline. Scrubs off relatively easy and bleach eradicated it. Did not have closeups like this but from a distance, brown gelatinous blobs.

Possibly frog eggs.
