My pool needs about 30oz of liquid chlorine per day to maintain the desired FC levels. Is there a difference between adding all 30oz in the morning vs at night vs splitting it up (15oz in the morning, 15oz in the evening)?

No. Some prefer in the evening so your elevated FC is working through the night with out UV degradation. But in reality, it does not matter. Whenever it is convenient for you.
