Is the Wall buckling?

We were getting ready to replace our liner, when we noticed a wrinkle along the bottom of the pool wall. It’s about 3-4 feet long and only in this one area. I recall seeing it last summer but didn’t think much of it since there was water in the pool and it didn’t seem to be causing any issues. I think it’s been there for some time.
My husband is very concerned and is worried the pool will collapse.
We also found a few of the plastic feet were broken.
Is any of this a problem we can’t easily fix? We want to be sure it’s ready to hold water before filling it up!

It appears the pool is showing signs of movement/settling. But is it is due to a defect in the pool itself or a result of the base underneath? In addition, is the buckling enough to compromise pool safety/stability? I imagine once you pull the liner you'll answer those questions. Normally, once sheet metal is bent/warped from its original shape, it has a tendency to become weakened. It's just not quite the same. But once you get in there and look you'll probably answer those questions. Tough to tell from the pics.

Thanks for the reply! The liner is already removed. Wondering if the small bend at the bottom of the wall is safety-threatening or would be ok since the pool pressure is outward facing and not directly down on the top of the wall which could crumple it more.

The other concern is the plastic bottom plate (this part: 6 Pack, 22735 WILBAR 7" Resin Bottom Plate, FREE SHIPPING, 6 PACK.) which holds the uprights flush to the pool wall. The front “hoofs” are broken off and now the uprights are just hanging from the top plate in several places. These don’t seem to be load bearing, how concerned should we be and can we do a simple fix (like epoxy)?

Hi, i have the same issue with my pool right now. My pool is 10months old (was just installed last summer) And pool company is saying to change wall and liner which will cost a lot of money.

I would just like to ask if you were able to use the pool with the bend at the bottom? I had answers that it might come back to normal once ground is completely thawed if not it is still okay as its still securely on tracks. But i just want to know how was it with your experience. Thank you
