is my pump strong enough to vacuum?

I have this pump with a water flow rate of 3,028 L/h (800gal./h), and I would like to buy a basic vacuum cleaner, the one you connect to the pump with a hose, like this one.
my question is will it work fine, and have enough suction for a proper cleaning? or should I get an electrical vacuum cleaner like this one?
I know that in the product description it says it suitable for pumps with 530gal./h and higher, but my question is will it be practically usable with my pump (800gal./h)
P.S, any recommendations for a vacuum cleaner are welcomed!

The only way t know for sure is to try. Thirteen gallons per minute is a very slow rate to try to vacuum, but it may work. The problem will be when that tiny filter gets dirty from the vacuuming the flow rate will fall off dramatically.

Thanks.
Do you suggest to go for electrical vacuum cleaner instead as I mentioned? The only thing preventing me to go buy electrical vacuum cleaner is the fear of it stop working after a short time...

Don't know how large you pool is or what is available to you. Are you looking for a robotic cleaner that you put into the water and it cleans? Those are expensive. A true hand-held electric pool vacuum? There are many available on Amazon for not much money.
