I filled my pool with water last night. I have some tears in the liner over the support bars. Can this be repaired? I've had so many problems with this pool over the past few years. 
Is my pool ruined? Can this be repaired?

that's kind of what I was thinking too. :-( Any use trying to use an intex patch with the rubber cement?
Use boxer glue and a vinyl patch. I don't think rubber cement will hold. If you can get a large enough section of liner to patch with, I would cut strips 12" long and wide enough to cover the whole width of the pocket to re-enforce all of them. You may be able to find an old pool someone is getting rid of cheap or free and cut it up for patches.
I found a pool place here that has vinyl path in 1' and 2' sections with the glue. It's waterproof too. Think that will work?

Yikes! I would tape over the patching as well. That upper one looks like it could keep on ripping with any water motion.
I wouldn’t think a plain vinyl patch would have the fibers needed for stretching strength (you can see the fibers in the torn Intex section)
We swam in it yesterday. It seems to be holding so far. It creaks and moans a bit but that's nothing new.
