Maytronics I sent my Quantum in for warranty repair.
It took weeks.
Then I received a message that in order to get me back up and running I would need to have a different but compatible model sent to me because they couldn't get the parts for my Quantum. Maytronics suggested that the replacement model would be pretty much all the same in its functions.
Well that was a lie.
They gave me a CC Pro model.
1: My Quantum had a basket filter which was good with everything it ran over.
The CC PRO does not pick up anything that looks like sand or the white stuff on your roof that washes off in heavy rain.
The basket on my Quantum might allow a piece of grass to escape the basket.
The CC PRO allows just about everything to escape the basket. It hasn't filled up more than a quarter of the basket. The rest of the leaf debris is sticking out of every port, and seem on the Pro.
The mapping of the pool for cleaning is horrible compared to the Quantum. Looks like some drunk was driving it.
When it comes to cleaning the walls what a joke compared to the Quantum.
I feel like I've been dupped. I had to run it three times to get most of the stuff out of my pool, that the Quantum would have gotten in one try.
When I try to get ahold of them it's Call back during regular business hours. So call between 8 am to 5 pm I get this message at 2 pm. Or I get because of high volume because it's pool season ... Really it's November here.
