I had a Latham dealer install a new liner two days ago, and today, after the water finally reached the mark they left, I noticed that the liner got out in two spots. One in the deep end and one in the shallow end. Is this normal and can be fixed without draining all the water? When I signed a contract with them, the sales guy told me to be very carefull not to turn off the vacuum and the water until the water reaches the mark they were going to leave. He said that otherwise, the liner gets pulled out by the water, and then it is not going to be their responsobility to fix it. So I was very carefull about it, but the liner still got pulled out. The installation guy is going to come again in a few days to cut the openings for the skimmer and the jets, but I hope he is not going to blame me because I did everything as he instructed me. I also see that he didn't install the liner lock all around the pool. Just a couple of feet in a few spots. The sales guy did mention that they couldn't guarantee they would be able to fit it in. So maybe that is why. Please advise what I should do in this situation?
