Is it normal for FC to plummet during the day?

I tested my FC the evening before last - 7.0 perfect.

Today it’s 3.0 it’s been sunny and hot.

Is it normal for FC to burn off like that in the blazing sun?

CYA is 60. I just added some CYA to bump it to 75.
