heck - i was in maybe 2 inground pools my entire childhood, let alone gunite. If someone had a gunite pool they might as well have been the Great Gatsby. As for the border - i told my wife "i don't want a border" and she was like "hmm" then when i spoke to my pool builder without asking he was like "no one is putting in borders now, you can get any of these designs cut without the border."
Anyone have floating liner issues? I realized after more research that this can be an issue for many who have water tables. I am curious if you drop a sump or two in if it can guard against that.
