Is Hayward sp2302 vs pump sufficient for solar panels?

Hi all,

I'm trying to determine if my current pump (1.5 hp Hayward sp2302 maxFlo VS) is sufficient to push water through solar panels located approximately 45 foot (w/ 20' rise) away from pump... Any thoughts?

Should be no problem. I ran my panels with a 1/2 HP pump and they were 25' high and the head curve for your pump is very similar.

Plenty of pump, depending on panels you might need a 3 way valve to limit how much water actually get directed to panels to get the proper flow rate.
