Intex Ultraframe unlevel....

So I have an 15" Intex Ultraframe pool and I put it where we always put it this year, last year we got it perfectly level so didn't think I would need to do anything but set it up. It was fine when I put it up and filled it but the last few weeks we had a ton of rain and now the water is uneven by about 4 inches! The whole pool is not leaning tho its 2 of the metal poles had sunk into the earth and when in the pool you can feel it level all the way to the edge that sank and the last say 2 inches along the bottom you feel a drop off where it sank at. It is o solid ground, I do not put sand or dirt under it (I put 2 massive tarps folded under it for protection). So today Im having a cook out for some of my church members and Im worried about letting their kids swim. Being that the whole pool is level and only 2 of the legs have sank, would it be ok? Or is there too much pressure on that side of the pool? Ill include a picture...

This is one of those times where you know what's right to do (take it down/fix it) but you wonder if you reeeeeeaaaaallly have to.

I have the same pool as you do, and last year it was off by 5.5". This year i thought i 'fixed' that, but when i put it up again it was still off by 3". That's exactly how I left it. I'm on this site browsing for ideas to upgrade now.

With the 5.5" we were off with last year, it lasted fine through many cookouts, as many as 8 kids in at once some days, no issues. I paid close attention to how wild they got, and made sure nobody tried to climb onto the sides at all. However I will say the poles on mine did not look as 'off' as yours do in this pic. The two poles that are sort of in the middle of the pic look like \ / when they should be ||. The strap should also be properly even and at the same height around all the legs for adequate support.

I have seen somewhere that someone used a car jack and wood plank to raise the legs slightly to fix this sort of issue. You could give that a try. I'd at least try to correct the two legs that are leaning/sunk and fix the strap.

I have the same issue. Mine is off by 3.5" even though "I made sure the sand was level". I've just about got the water chemistry balanced so I don't want to drain it and start over. I'm going to leave it as is and consider laying a cement pad next year.

Ehhhhhhhhhh I think its fine but I would definitely drain it at some point and re-level. Put down patio blocks under each leg to prevent sinking. Mine was unlevel by about 2 inches and everything was fine. I'd be a tad nervous over 3 inches because it's just going to get worse

Lol the strap is like that from my 6 year old getting up on it to check the water temperature. I have yelled at her and she finally stopped, I kept explaining that was supporting the pool. Today I measured and it was off by 3.5", I checked it in the dark last night. Everywhere I read it said its dangerous and can break and everyone was gonna flush out if it does.... the side that is leaning is facing my chain link fence so I am most worried about someone being pinned by the rushing water and drowning. If they would just flush out into the yard I don't think it would be as bad. I live at the top of a hill with no houses below me but am worried the water may travel down the back road to the houses around the corner, although there are numerous large storm drains before any houses. I am just wondering since 98% of it is on level ground and only a very small portion is hanging over this "drop off" if its as unstable as the whole pool being unlevel. I may just take it down and redo it next year.. better safe then sorry. We didn't use it today either, after eating we went to another friends house with a large oval pool.
