I was given an Intex SF60110-1 sand pump and filter. It's in great shape except the drain valve leaks. I've looked on Intex website for replacement, but all they have are the caps. Are there any brands that would be compatible to mine that I could order? If not, does anyone have any ideas what I can do to remedy the problem?

water shouldn’t be coming out of that hole during filter or recirculate unless the multi port valve or attached gasket is malfunctioning. You can add a pvc valve there if u wish but its no better than a cap as the mpv is right there & it is a bit redundant.
I always just had an intex hose or two connected to it so it would drain away from the pool for backwashing/waste w/ no cap.
