Ok I just measured it and it’s reading 12.24? Since this one is 16 does it mean it’s bad?
The measurement should be within +/- 5% as noted on the capacitor. Yours is a little bit too low. So, it should be replaced. However, there might be other issues.

But you if your capacitor is 450V then you have to use 450V versions. Assorted black fan capacitors ranging from 2.5 uf to 20 uf to choose from.

Hey guys I got the capacitor about a week ago and forgot to update you guys but anyways the pump still doesn’t work and still has the same sounds. I also checked the new capacitor and it has 15.4uf. What can it be?
