It never seems like we have good water output from this filter. We have decided the skimmer side is okay. When we backwash or waste there is a bunch of large bubbles in sight glass. It sounds like there's a bunch of rocks iin it rattling around. I have cleaned out sand. If I remember correctly, last year when on recirculate there is lots of water pressure. Any thoughts Suoer discouraging.

Sorry this is happening... The truth is Intex is really not a good pump and filter system.. You can get by but that is about it.. And the new ones are more expensive than a normal pump...
Your best bet is to upgrade to a bigger/better pump and filter... This would require you to go to hard plumbing but it really is easy...
