Intermatic P1353ME - no power on circuit 3

Jason, think you need to take a step back here and understand how a 220v circuit operates. A 220v circuit consists of 2/120v wires (L1&L2). One of the 120v wires will be wired directly to whatever you are powering, the other one will be switched. Study the diagram that Bama posted.

Sounds like the 1353 has died. You can try switching the 120/240 volt switch back and forth without power on leaving it on 240, but I don't think it'll do any good.

How old is the timer?
@Bama Rambler the timer is at least five years old. It was installed when I bought the house. If it is dead, I'm thinking of getting a new timer (maybe not Intermatic), adding a GFCI outlet, and maybe some remote control functionality. This is for an indoor pool. The pump closet is protected from weather so I don't have any space or environmental constraints.
