sometime last season, when i would open my cover-star cover, one side of the cover would be 6” behind the other side when fully opened. when i closed it, it would straighten out and close properly. so my friend who attended coverstar training, came to look at it yesterday. we inspected the roller and it all seemed fine, but we still had this problem. we finally detached the cover from the roller to find a wrinkle embedded in the cover about two feet from where it mounts. the wrinkle is about 1” of material folded over onto itself. trying to get that wrinkle out is the problem. it won’t stretch out. the only thing i can think of is using a heat gun to get it to soften it up so it will stretch or ? any ideas?
