Hello!

I have a Pentair intelliph, which per the manual requires yearly replacement of the pump head tube. The manual shows this as part 522480. I ordered this part number and received a tube that is the wrong size - it's about 2 inches too long. I stopped in at Leslie's Pro and they were only able to look up the parts diagram and come up with the same part number. Does anyone have any idea how I find the right part? Does the part number come in different sizes? It's listed as "Size C" on the packaging, but I haven't found any other size references.

How old is your IntellipH? There are 2 pumps that have been used on this. The size C tube is used on the later model pump like this ... Pentair Tank Mounted Pump 522474.

I do not know for sure but expect that yours is from the earlier model pump, like this one... Pentair IntellipH Pumphead 521514

I am not sure what size tube is used on the earlier model pumps. The pump tube fitting should have a molded in number or letter to designate the size. Stenner peristaltic metering pump official part numbers pump tubes

Thanks for the detailed information! The Manufacture date on the unit is 1/27/2020 and I confirmed the pump matches the blue Stenner described in the wiki. I am unable to find any molded information on the tube which shipped with the unit, however the replacement part is prominently featuring the number 2. The wiki only lists the stenner roller part number, but doing some sleuthing it seems like the Econ C Santoprene is probably the correct part, and somehow I got the wrong ones?

Good deal. So definitely should be the tube C.

Here is a pic of where the tube part # is located.

Mine is 5-1/4" from mounting slot to mounting slot

Thanks again for the details! That looks like an exact match for mine. The part # on mine looks mangled beyond recognition but I can make out a C if I squint. The "2" I received was featured much more prominently so I wasn't looking in the right area. I've ordered the Stenner C and reached out to the seller I got the pentair part from.
