Hello - I have read for two days before making a post!!
I have an Easytouch 4 system, Intelliflo VSF and Ic40.
The pump randomly turned off last week, mid day, when scheduled to run through 5:00. I checked the screen on the pump which shows display not active. System still in auto and filter light is on.
I also noticed while the pump was running that it now shows 0ppm and No Comm when looking at the diagnostics for the intellichlor. It showed this while all the cell lights were green and good water flow. Up until a week or two ago it always showed my current ppm.
I opened the panel and the led on the surge card is green. I wiggled the wires with no luck. I even removed the pump wires from the surge card comm port and moved them to the comm port on the back of the motherboard. It seemed to operate the pump fine for the weekend and now it randomly turned off today around 1:00... still saying display not active on the pump. I had a new comm wire for the pump so I swapped it in just to be sure and ran into the same issue, ruling out the wire being faulty.
Has anyone run into this or have any ideas what to check next?
