Pentair flew a rep down for this area, he's going around reflashing panels.......so mine should be done today....I'll let yall know
Pentair was at my house earlier today and reflashed the system - took 30 sec max to get that done once their laptop was connected to the motherboard. Everything was back up and running as before once that was done!

It’s in the end good that Pentair owned up to the issue and took the steps necessary to fix it asap.

Hayward finally replied to my inquiry. They said shut off power for at least 5 minutes and then it should resume communications. If not call an authorized service provider. Our power was out again for over an hour and no change so call a service company and spend a fortune?
