Related question - I have an Intelliflo 2 VST pump, model 011055 (purchased in 2017, still working fine). I just ordered a new Pentair Mastertemp heater and Clean and Clear filter to replace very old failing equipment. I also ordered the Intelliconnect panel and a temperature probe kit. None of the new equipment has arrived yet...
From what i have read, the Intelliconnect should be able to control this pump (and control the heater to set the pool temperature), but does anyone know for sure about this model pump?
Second question is whether the existing pump control panel will continue to work or will be disabled when Intelliconnect is connected to the RS485 bus? If so, could i just install a DPST switch to disconnect the Intelliconnect from the RS485 bus so the pool guy will be able to use the panel? or is this what happens when the Intelliconnect is in Service mode?

If my pump is not compatible with Intelliconnect then i may go back to NodeJSPoolController on a Raspberry Pi... had that working a few years ago but eventually gave up on it because of the issue with my pool service guy not being able to control the pump when he was cleaning the pool.
