I have installed an IntelliConnect device with my StaRite IntelliPro variable speed pump using the data cable from the IntelliConnect to the pump. I have created 4 programs in the Pentair Pool app. Program #1 runs the pump at 1500 RPM from 8am-10am. Program #2 starts at 10am and runs the pump at 2500 RPM until 2pm. The two programs run like clockwork. I have also set Program #3 in the app to run manually at 2000 RPM and Program #4 set to run at 3000 RPM manually. Note that the screen on the IntelliPro pump says "Display Not Active" when it is running.
Here are the issues I could use some help with:
1. When I change Program #2 to run at 3000 RPM instead of 2500 RPM and select SAVE, the next day it will still run at 2500 RPM despite the program in the app saying 3000 RPM. The same thing happens with changes to Program #1.
2. When I try to run Program #3 or Program #4 (manually) when Program #1 or #2 are NOT running, the app will start the pump, it will prime, and then run for ~1 minute before shutting off. For that matter, if I try to run Program #1 or #2 at times outside of their normal schedule they will start, but also shut off after a minute or two.
I'm trying to understand why the Pentair Pool app is not controlling the pump properly? I know it's configured properly as Program #1 and #2 (@ 2500 RPM) run daily, the data connection cable between the IntelliConnect and IntelliPro pump is working (it does turn on and off the pump and the display on the pump says "Display Not Active"). I seem to have everything else configured correctly. What am I missing here? Any advice?
