intellichor troubleshooting w More button please help

hello,
I have an IC40 w relatively short life. It is Flashing Cell LED. I push the More button to Test. I get a Red LED on the " Low " , Solid Green LED on CELL, and The sanitizer output only have 1 LED. what does that mean?

I tried to find a way to search this forum for maybe questions answered. Is there a secret way to search for old threads? or member just post to ask questions?

If the cell light is flashing, it means the cell needs to be cleaned, or it is dead.
