Intellichlor not dosing but Intellichem reports dosing

My IC40 has green salt and flow lights. My intellichem reports its dosing chlorine (ie, what it always does to turn on the chlorine generation). But no green lights showing actual dosing on the IC40 — normally they all come on.

I have a few other problems right now but I don’t think they are related at the moment (my Intellivalve handling pool/spa mode on main pump is dead and the pool side seems like it may be letting air in…but when I manually move to a position between pool and spa there is no air and flow seems reasonable).

The intellichem chamber that uses the flow to enable the IC40 seems to be working; at least at a high flow rate).

Anyway, I’m just confused by intellichem reporting the dosing, all green lights everywhere…except the ones saying %agr of chlorine being dosed (which is normally 100%).

There is an alarm on the intellichem but I think it’s about the ph.

Oh, also, I disabled ORP control on chlorine — it’s time based dosing.

Any ideas?

Thanks, that is a great resource. FWIW, I flipped the breakers on the intellicenter, pump and intellichem and when they all came back online, it seemed fixed.

I definitely have some sort of flow issue still but at least I can keep chlorine in there while I get the other issues fixed.
