Intellichlor IC 20 blinking Cell light

We really need to get an accurate measurement of the salinity before we know if the cell is good or bad.

You should get the salinity to a definite 3,400 to see if that makes it work.

Just got my water tested at Pinch a Penny. Salt level was 3100 PPM (should be between 3000 - 4200 ppm). It was low in Calcium and Stabilizer and PH was 7.8. Phosphates are high so will add some phosphate remover. Added Calcium and Stabilizer already. Checked all the push button connectors on the flow switch and they all look ok. Is it worth removing the push button connectors and using traditional electrical wire nuts?
