I labeled a few things on your picture.

Things just need to be rewired properly following the manual.

While we are talking about your wiring it is disappointing that the proper GFCI circuit breaker was not installed for your pump as required for safety by code.

It looks like your Pool Guy simply moved over the wiring from your IntelliTouch instead of changing it as the IntelliCenter Installation Manual requires and to meet current National Electric codes.

Called Pentair and they want us to change the board… I just can’t!

They truly don't know what they are talking about.

Your cell looks fine.

The SCG Transfomer wiring needs to be changed so the cell is not on when the pump is off.

The cell LEDs will go green once the pump is running and you have salt in the pool.

Ok…. Drumroll please….. everything is working!!!
I am so thankful to you all, I would never have even gotten close to fixing this with out…
You helped me so much..
One of the important fixes was eliminating my address and just doing email and password on panel ..
