Intellicenter2 App Issues

Wondering if anyone has experienced the issue i’m having. I have 3 Intellicenter panels. One for a pool/spa, one for a fountain, and another for a fountain/laminar feature.

All would show up locally on the app as intellicenter, intellicenter #2, intellicenter #3 before making a intellicenter account.

I set up a Pentair intellicenter account and have logged into all 3 panels with it. They now show up on the remote menu but I’ve lost them on the local menu. They are still on my local network, because I can access them by manually entering the IP address for each panel. But they don’t automatically populate on the app when I connect.

I’ve narrowed the cause down to adding a property name to each panel. If I give a panel a name, it disappears from the local system on the app, but remains in the remote section. If I remove the property name and leave it blank. It reappears on the local systems as “intellicenter” and remains in the remote section without a name.

Im baffled as to the cause. I need to name them so I can differentiate between fountains and my pool. Keeping them as the default intellicenter 1,2,3 is confusing. And I would like to be able to access them local while I’m home on my network without having to manually enter an IP address every time.

Firmware is 1.064

Report the problem to Pentair Support. It sounds like one of the many quirky bugs in their new app.
