Intellicenter cloud down?

Maybe I'm not understanding this correctly, but to me looks like Overall Uptime is not being reported correctly if the dang thing's been dead 05 Jun thru 10 Jun.

I think it's only been down part of today. Worked fine last night when we swam.
 
Still not updating changes in my chlorinator run time.

Still not working on my laptop or wife's iPhone. Android app is pretty responsive.

Here is the latest activity... Up and down a few times today so far (47 minutes down time). Times listed are PDT.

Completely dead here again... this is totally unacceptable. I'm getting to where I regret moving to Intellicenter.
 
Still dead this morning. Automation with superior capability and technology but still need to go to the equipment pad to change. LAN access doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong? Been working for a long time. I've verified internet communication at the panel. Seems like LAN should work.
 
OK, my bad on the LAN. Using the phone app I was not connected to the local WiFi. Now LAN works fine. At least I can control from the pool with my phone. Still not able to change run time on my chlorinator schedule but does take temp setting changes. So pretty workable. Still huge disappointment about their server problems and schedule requires visit to the panel to change.

I know they're working on this so I don't want to add to the calls. Ron, any idea what's up? This just doesn't sound right.

Agreed, but it won't happen.
Down nearly two hours total in just the last four days alone.
If any company that relied on server uptime for revenue generation had these kind of numbers, they wouldn't be around for long.
All the reason that more and more IntelliCenter user's are moving to "alternatives" for their IntelliCenter user interface requirements. ;)
