Intellicenter - 3 pumps - how do you set addresses?

Hi

Have an Intellicenter with 3 pumps:
1) intelliflo3 circulation turns on/off from the Intellicenter as expected.
2) whisperflo spa connected to JP3 green/yellow
3) whisperflo bubblers/laminars connected to JP4 green/yellow

The intelliflo appears to have the address “1” and it doesn’t seem like it can be changed.
I set the spa pump address to “2”
I can only set the bubbler pump to 1 or 2. I set it to 1.

When I go to spa mode, the spa pump does not kick on, but the spa pump is set to the spa circuit. Intellicenter reports no communication issue with spa pump.

When I turn on the bubbler feature, the bubbler pump does not turn on.

obviously missing something simple (I hope)

Any suggestions? Been on hold with Pentair for the past 3 hours

MK, details matter.

What model number Whisperflo pumps do you have? Pentair has many pumps they call Whisperflo. We need the model number starting with 011XXX

Do you change the pump address in both the pump control panel and the IntelliCenter?

Whisperflo pumps only have two addresses. Whoever sold you that 3 pump setup didn't know the details.

You will need to get your Intelliflo3 pump happy with address 3 and run your Whisperflo pumps as 1 and 2.

Thanks. Intelliflo3 can be switched to address 3 via Bluetooth connect.
