Hey

In the process of installing an oval aboveground myself and i'm stuck on how the bottom rail is supposed to attach to the buttress/post, the guide track for the wall doesn't look like it's aligning properly at the post connection. Gonna attach some pics so you can see what i mean, i'm stumped and curious if i'm doing the wrong.

To me it looks like that silver part is pushing in some and causing the bottom rail to move out of line. You will notice the metal there is kind of made to move to make it all work together. Use some soft love to make things line up.

Ok, yeah there's a bit of play in the metal holder attached to the post, i'm also wondering if there's any play to move the side flanged piece back because it seems to be causing the problem.

Also, have these slotted metal pieces and no mention of them in the instructions or instruction video. Any idea what they're used for?

Well those are new to me.................I have a call into someone who may know. Hold on while they get back to us.

As far as play............loosen the nut and see. Sometimes that is all it takes to get some wiggle room.
