We appreciate the vast amount of knowledge and pool help on this forum! We are hoping to get some expert advice on pool plaster dyes. We have contacted 5 different pool plaster manufacturers and have received no response. We want to know which companies use inorganic dyes in their plaster products. Can someone help with this? Thanks.

Can I ask, why? I know that with vinyl pools we advise folks to avoid the organic dyed vinyl as it tends to fade fastest. I have never heard of anyone mentioning the type of dyes used in plaster before?

Yes, I read that article and am wanting to know which plaster manufacturers use inorganic dyes. Trying to avoid organic dyes and molting and fading of my plaster.

Soooo, I gather "Cobalt Blue" is for sure an inorganic color. So that is a safe bet. Who knows which others?
