Recently my inline stopped filling so each day I have to go and open it and allow the water to flow up to get the chlorine going. Is anyone here familiar with this issue and know a fix?

It would help to know what type of inline chlorinator you have (i.e. Hayward, Pentair, Waterway, etc). Maybe a pic of the set up so we can see how it's plumbed. While you're at it, might as well update your signature with all of your pool and equipment info to include how you test your water. 
With more info we should be able to get you in the right direction.
